Shipping Information
- Free Delivery on All Products
- Orders placed on Sundays or duringUnited States’s National Holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays). During busy seasons, it may take up to 7 working days.
- New customers will receive a confirmation message (call, SMS, or WhatsApp) from our Customer Service team.
Returns & Exchanges
We know that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, so here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Return Period:
You can return products within 15 days of receiving them. Please make sure the items are in their original, unopened condition. If the product is not in a resellable condition, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs using a trackable method. -
Faulty Products:
If you receive a defective item, let us know right away. Faulty products can be returned within 15 days, but they must be in their original packaging with all accessories. -
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please fill out the exchange form. We will arrange a courier to collect your current product and deliver the new one. A fee of Rs. 350 will be charged for the return and exchange shipping. -
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days after we receive and check the returned items. We will issue refunds via bank transfer. In some cases, we may issue the refund based on tracking details without waiting for the return.
If you don’t see your refund right away, check your bank statement and contact your bank or credit card company for processing times. Feel free to reach out to us if you have concerns. -

Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges are not refundable if you change your mind or made a wrong order. This applies even if the product was advertised as "free delivery" – the cost is included in the product price. We’ll only refund delivery costs if the mistake was on our part. -
